Are ResinDek® Panels undersized?
No, our panels are intentionally designed to allow for gapping.
Just like other wood flooring panels linear expansion occurs due to changes in humidity. Due to the high density of our panels, they are especially susceptible to this process. Once they have fully settled, the slight gaps will shrink and remain in that state.

The weight of each type of panel varies, here is a list of our panels and their weight:

We recommend looking at the pallet load jacks first, as they carry the most concentrated load per square M, which when overloaded can damage your panels.

Our screws are self-drilling, require no counter-boring, and are computer colour matched to the panel surface. We also cannot offer a warranty on fastening-related issues if you choose to use your own.
This panel fastening system attaches to the bottom of your panels, rather than the top. This patented underside fastening solution makes the floors even more presentable and easier to clean.

ResinDek® floors are repairable using our ‘’Touch up coating’’ and ‘’Resin repair’’ compound filler.

ResinDek® LD, MD and HD are 19MM thick. ResinDek® Max is up to 38MM in thickness and ResinDek® Xspan® is 28MM thick and is designed to be installed over bar joists or structural supports.

Yes. The Gray Diamond Seal 2 has since been rebranded to simply ‘’Gray Diamond Seal’’.

They can support themselves and stick out up to a maximum of 15cm.
