Our custom-made flooring panels are available in sizes up to 1219 mm by 3048 mm, while panels equipped with our extra-resilient MetaGard^® steel surface are offered in sizes up to 1219 mm by 2438 mm. MetaGard^® not only enhances strength but also eliminates the need for additional steel plates in high-traffic and wear-prone areas, saving time and money during installation.

These high-quality, flame-resistant flooring panels are designed specifically for distribution and warehousing facilities. They are meticulously crafted from carefully selected wood fibers, combined with a tailor-made formaldehyde-free resin and a wax emulsifier. These components are then compressed under high pressure and temperature to create the robust ResinDek® Xspan® FR panels, aimed at improving safety conditions in elevated platforms and workplaces.

Our precise manufacturing process incorporates the “tongue and groove” configuration, enabling smooth panel-to-panel load transfer for rolling loads. This feature is available on all four sides of the panel upon request.
