A cost-effective long-term industrial flooring solution
Our ResinDek® MD flooring panels are high-quality panels for distribution centers and warehousing facilities. This sturdy flooring solution is made from specially selected wood fibers in combination with a tailor-made formaldehyde-free resin and a wax emulsifier. These components are then compressed under high pressure and temperature to form the resilient ResinDek® MD panels.

ResinDek® MD composite flooring panels
The ResinDek® MD flooring panels are a sturdy and reliable flooring solution for your mezzanine and warehousing needs. When compared to our ResinDek® LD panels our MD panels can support up to 75% heavier rolling pallet jacks and up to six times the weight of AGV and AMR robotics.
Our MD flooring panels come in a variety of finishes, which can be seen and compared below. By selecting the perfect finish for your use case, you can get the most out of our flooring panels solution. The finishes we offer can enhance one of the following use cases; long-term heavy storage, rolling carts/pallet jacks, and repeated routine traffic from AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) equipment.
Our custom-made flooring panels are currently available in sizes up to 1219 mm by 3048 mm. Panels equipped with our extra resilient MetaGard® steel surface are available in sizes up to 1219 mm by 2438 mm. In addition to its extra strength, MetaGard® also removes the need for additional steel plates to be installed in extra high-use and wear areas within your facility, saving installation time and money.
Our precise manufacturing progress features the so-called ‘’tongue and groove’’ configuration. This enables smooth panel-to-panel load transfer for rolling loads. Tongue and groove implementations are available on all four sides of the panel if desired. It is also recommended to have a minimum of 20-gauge corrugated metal B deck to be used on all ResinDek® MD engineered composite flooring panel solutions.
Our flooring panels come with a 10-year warranty period. Our robust flooring solution eliminates the risk of delamination over time and is a great alternative to other solutions like polydeck, OSB (Oriented Strand Board) as well and plywood. An independent review by Rescorla Engineering also showed that our cost-effective flooring solution can be up to 34% more cost-effective than concrete, which is still common in many facilities.
