A cost-effective long-term industrial flooring solution
ResinDek® MAX flooring panels are 38 mm thick and supports extremely heavy rolling loads including electric pallet jacks. ResinDek® MAX panels are made from specially selected wood fibers in combination with a tailor-made formaldehyde-free resin and a wax emulsifier. These components are then compressed under high pressure and temperature to form our robust flooring panels: ResinDek® HD.

ResinDek® MAX flooring panels
The ResinDek® MAX flooring panels are an extreme-duty flooring solution for your mezzanine and warehousing needs. When compared to our other offerings such as ResinDek® LD, MD, and HD ResinDek® MAX panels can support the most extreme use cases. Unlike our other flooring panel solutions that come in at 19 mm, the MAX panels are 38 mm thick. ResinDek® MAX flooring panels come in a variety of finishes, which can be seen and compared below. By selecting the perfect finish for your use case, you can get the most out of our flooring panels solution. The finishes we offer can enhance one of the following use cases; long-term storage, rolling carts and pallet jacks and repeated routine traffic from AMR and AGV equipment.
Our precise manufacturing progress features features a tongue and groove configuration. This enables smooth panel-to-panel load transfer for rolling loads. Tongue and groove implementations are available on all four sides of the panel, if desired. It is also recommended to have corrugated metal deck to be used on all ResinDek® composite engineered flooring panel solutions.
Our flooring panels come with a 10-year warranty period. Our robust flooring solution eliminates the risk of delamination over time and is a great alternative to other solutions like polydeck, OSB as well as plywood. An independent review by Rescorla Engineering also showed that our cost-effective flooring solution can be up to 34% more cost-effective than concrete, which is still common in many facilities.
